TRIXIE draws a  sensitive portrait of Beatrice Cordua aka Trixie. As a dancer, Trixie has led a rather fascinating life having known and worked with the great dance icons of her time such as Pina Bausch, Maurice Béjart and John Neumeier. In this critically-acclaimed documentary, the 80-year-old sketches her incredible career by tackling the intimate question of her relationship with her aging body.

Trixie was awarded the Best Documentary at the 9th Noida International Film Festival-22. The film has been screened at the Montréal International Festival of Films on Art (2021), the Solothurn Film Festival (2021) and Hof International Film Festival (2020).
