Who are we? What is outside? Who is inside? Inside Out is a playful and poetic dance duet that uses the wooden frame as an object and metaphor to ask simple and seemingly profound questions. By using everyday objects such as square wooden frames and tree branches, this dance piece shows how trust and friendship can be developed using dollops of play, creativity and cooperation. This piece, designed for kids, also takes you on a journey from the sheer joy of being a kid to facing more complex, mixed emotions that growing up entails.
